Terms of service

YardDraw is landscape drawing software operated by Fewdy LLC. Contact us at bcdbhs@gmail.com. These terms apply when you use the paid YardDraw service.

What you receive

Upload a sketch or photo and describe your idea in writing. YardDraw uses AI to prepare a 2D draft plan with a PDF, editable DXF CAD file and preview. Dimensions, plants and materials depend on the information you provide. Drawings are delivered digitally in your private workspace. If you enter your own prices, each drawing also gets a price estimate that multiplies those prices by quantities measured from the draft. Processing time varies; if a drawing fails, your saved inputs remain available for another try.

Check every draft

AI can misunderstand a sketch, invent details or make mistakes. Provide a real measurement and verify all dimensions, boundaries, plant counts, material notes and assumptions. YardDraw does not provide a survey, engineering certification, permit approval or a construction-ready guarantee. Obtain qualified professional review where your project requires it. 3D drawings are not included in this version. A price estimate is only as accurate as the draft and the prices you enter; it is not a quote or a bid, so check quantities and prices before you quote a client.

Your account and content

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the account for your business. Keep access secure and upload only material you have permission to use, including client photos and project information. You retain your rights in your uploads. You authorize us and our service providers to process them to operate YardDraw and produce your requested drawings. You may download, edit and share your output; we do not promise that AI-generated output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Subscriptions

$499 USD per month or $5,000 USD per year. Your selected plan is billed in advance and automatically renews at the same interval until canceled. Applicable tax, if any, is shown before payment. There is no free trial unless expressly offered at checkout. Annual payment saves $988 compared with twelve monthly payments.

Subscriptions include unlimited drawing requests, with one active drawing at a time per account. There is no per-drawing overage fee. Current technical limits are 16 MB per file, eight photos per project, 100 active projects and 256 MB of uploaded files per account. You can remove source files or archive projects to stay within applicable limits. These controls do not create a monthly drawing allowance.

Cancel online through Account & billing → Manage subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless a refund or account-security restriction ends it earlier. See the cancellation and refund policy below. Material price or renewal changes will be disclosed before they take effect, with any notice or consent required by law.

Responsible use and changes

Do not upload unlawful content, access another customer's files, share credentials to bypass account controls, or deliberately overload or attack the service. We may restrict an account to address misuse, security incidents or payment disputes. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. We may update the service and these terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Cancellation & refunds

Your first subscription purchase is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of that purchase. Email bcdbhs@gmail.com using your account email and include your invoice number. Do not send a payment-card number or password.

Renewal payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. A cancellation on its own does not issue a refund. Cancel online through Account & billing → Manage subscription; you can also contact support if you cannot access your account. Canceling stops future renewals and ordinarily preserves drawing access until the current paid period ends.

An approved full refund is returned to the original payment method and ends the refunded subscription's drawing access. Bank processing time varies. If a charge is incorrect or you cannot use the service, contact us so we can investigate. These rules do not limit any mandatory refund or cancellation rights.

Information we process

We process your sign-in identifier and email, business name, language preference, project names and addresses you choose to enter, sketches, photos, written instructions, price lists and markup or tax settings you enter, voice recordings and transcripts from earlier versions of the service, drawing history, subscription status and support correspondence. Our hosting and security systems also process technical information such as request times, IP addresses and error records to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep projects private, generate and store drawings, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, recover from failures and respond to support or privacy requests. Avoid uploading unrelated personal information or material your client has not authorized you to share.

Service providers

Google Firebase provides sign-in and database services. Cloudflare hosts the app and stores uploaded files and drawing outputs. OpenAI processes sketches, photos and project instructions to assess uploads and create drawing data. Stripe processes payments and subscription administration; YardDraw does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google or Apple processes the sign-in you choose. These providers may process information in the United States or other locations under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Projects are private to your account through the app. Authorized operational access may be used to resolve support, security or recovery issues. We do not sell project content or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Storage and requests

Your projects remain in your workspace until you remove them or request account closure. Archiving a project hides it; archiving is not permanent deletion. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, email us. We verify account ownership before acting and respond as required by applicable law. Billing, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained when necessary even after account closure.

Database recovery copies and backup copies of uploaded files and drawings normally expire within 30 days; point-in-time database versions expire within seven days. Backup data is restricted to recovery and may take until its retention period ends to expire. Provider retention and any legal preservation requirements may differ. No storage or security system can guarantee prevention of every loss or unauthorized access.

Cookies and choices

YardDraw uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in and browser storage for preferences such as language. Sign-in and payment providers may use their own necessary technologies. The app does not currently use advertising trackers. You can sign out and change your language. The paid service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Material changes to this notice will be posted with an updated effective date.
